Picked up some veggies from my dad’s garden. Zucchini, peppers and green beans. Made a vegetable frittatta. Usually I will put some sort of ham in it but not this time. Chris did not seem to mind… we did have some leftover meatloaf. We made wraps with the frittatta. I had goat cheese and dijon mustard on mine. I have been on a goat cheese kick since I had a Grilled Goat Cheese Sandwich at Friend’s & Company.
