Sausage and Polenta Casserole

I love polenta. And this meal was good. I browned the sausage. Made the polenta. Mixed the two together and added Parmesan cheese. Poured the mixture into a greased baking pan. Topped with some delicious homemade Marinara sauce, a little grated Mozzarella cheese and baked for 25 minutes. Yum.
